Force the Southern states to secede.

The Southern United States has been a drain on the rest of the country since the country was founded. The Civil War is just one example of how these states have acted in the past. Even today, they take much more from the Federal Treasury than they provide to it. As a resident in a so-called blue state, I for one am tired of subsidizing these red states only to have them feign secession. I say make them back up their "threat", and force them to secede. Further, the Affordable Care Act shall not apply to these states once we force them to secede, since they claim not to have wanted this act in the first place. The following states should be kicked out of the United States: Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Georgia, Arkansas, Oklahoma... basically all of the red states.
