Force the State of California to Secede from the union in order to save the Rule of Law.

The judicial branch of government in the State of California has sought after and received RETRO ACTIVE IMMUNITY FROM PROSECUTION FOR ILLEGAL PAYMENTS TO JUDGES. By an act of legislation the judicial branch of government in California has admitted to being corrupt. Section 5 of Senate Bill SBX211 is an abomination to the Rule of Law. Judicial corruption in California must be stopped at all cost so that the cancerous growth of corruption does not spread into our Federal Courts.
