In PA they have been doing what they like to call " tar and chipping". This destroys vehicles that we the people have to pay for. They do not fully cover the tar with gravel chips and thus that allows the tar to get on our vehicles that we have paid for. They also leave lose gravel on the top of the tar that gets thrown into your vehicle either by passing vehicles or by your own vehicle. This actions chips the paint on the vehicle leaving exposed metal on the vehicle. this exposed metal then turns to rust and eventually has to be replaced and/or repainted. This costs money that we the people should not have to pay out of our pocket to fix because we do not want our roads only partially fixed. The lose gravel also causes unsafe driving conditions for motorcycles.
