Force states to have a citizen created checks and balances system for the Judicial Department in each city.

Judicial systems have a monopoly on the lives of the people it prosecutes. Judges have been given a blanket to hide behind in which there is no accountability for their malfeasance when violating rights & the law. This has to end! Judges should be able to be reported and their decisions made void at the mere instance of impropriety. As many activist have become victim to these people and justice far from reach this system must be created to ensure a just & proper functioning department free from discrimination & injustice to anyone, this can only occur by implicating in the oath takers the same fear tactics that are used on the ones it seeks to prosecute. I for one am tired of being abused by the system with no recourse but to bend over & take it.
