Numerous states receive more in federal aid than their citizens pay in federal taxes, forcing the citizens from other states to pay more in taxes in order to fund the failures of leadership, failures of policy and failures in general in those states. Taxes from one state should not be used as a means of propping up the failed leadership in another state, nor the policies that lead to such failure. It's time for "taker" states to learn to "live within their means."
