Mr. President, it is our concern that there are petitions requesting for certain states to secede from the union and form their own government.
They shall be required to take their own advice regarding "personal responsibility", the states mentioned in the petitions shall pay their share of the national debt in full, and have all those who signed the petitions to secede stripped of their citizenship before they can secede.
They must pay their debt in full, without ANY federal assistance, otherwise, they shall not be permitted to secede. In addition, any federal funded programs shall be terminated on the states wishing to secede.
