It doesn't matter if you are a Republican or a Democrat, we have seen some members of congress sleeping, never present, playing video games and no longer understanding the needs of the people only lobbyists. Fresh ideas come from fresh faces. The only consideration is how such a bill can be proposed if congress will be the ones voting on it. This should be a measure voted on by the American public for passage if possible.
