Navi Randhawa scored a 75 on his USMLE, nearly 2 Standard Deviations above the average. His school, the University of Lublin, knowing his score, delayed in providing him his test results until after the necessary time period to apply for the test USMLE test. We the People find that a score of 75 and being nearly 2 Standard Deviations above the average, 9 points above the previous tests passing score and just one point shy of the test in question's increased passing score, should be deemed a Passing score. Coupled with the University of Lublin's procrastination in revealing the score resulting in crippling Mr. Randhawa's chances of passing the next exam, we demand Mr. Randhawa receive a Passing grade on his USMLE test.
