in 2010 the President had been put forth the 2010 HIV/AIDS Strategic Initiative to help end HIV/AIDS Discrimination and has charged the Dept of Justice with Responsibility for enforcing this Initiative.
RECENTLY, I have submitted one of the most outrageous cases to the DOJ for HIV/AIDS Discrimination against me by Miami Dade College to investigate. I have spent years in my attempts for the College to help me, including that of due process investigation, and they simply ignore any and all of my requests.
MOREOVER, FL Community Colleges only have 1-2% of its students being disabled showing "overwhelming statistical evidence" and their attitudes towards disabled persons.
THIS PREJUDICE IS 1000X WORSE FOR THOSE OF US WITH HIV/AIDS.
