Force the Volkswagen Corporation of America to buy back vehicles sold to consumers at the price the consumer paid.

We ask the Obama Administration to force Volkswagen of America to buy back vehicles fraudulently sold to consumers as "clean" diesel technology. There has been much ballyhoo about the EPA fining VW for environmental damages, but no one in government, it seems, cares to protect the people who elected them- the consumer. The only way to make the consumer whole is to either grandfather in current diesel vehicles on the road or force VW to make restitution by buying back the vehicles they sold to an ususpecting public by remunerating consumers for the full price those consumers paid for the vehicle. Please care about the rights of consumers. Don't leave this to class action suits which will only result in a pittance for the consumer and a windfall for corporate lawyers.
