Force VP Biden to Publicly apologize for his statement about firing a double barrel, while violating basic gun safety.

I don't understand how our VP Biden is the one leading gun control yet he is clearly not promoting gun safety? One never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy. Two keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on the target. Three be sure of your target and what is beyond it. These are basic gun safety rules to live by and the Vice President who is leading the gun control effort is telling America to forget all these rules that safe and responsible gun owners live by. This needs to be rectified by VP Biden himself. I believe a public statement is required stating how his statement is not a responsible practice of gun safety. Vice President Biden should also be required to attend a gun safety course and pay for anyone who would like to attend one as well.
