Almost two years have gone by and William Elsas has failed to release the much heralded video: The Gavigan Files, the Lost Footage. It is of upmost importance to this nation that this video be uploaded to youtube for the enjoyment of all citizens of this great nation, not just for the personal enjoyment of the aforementioned William Elsas.
