Force Women to Sign Up for the Selective Service, as MEN must or face the Loss of MANY Rights. Why are WOMEN EXEMPT?

Force ALL 18 year old WOMEN to SIGN UP for the SELECTIVE SERVICE; Just as ALL 18 year old MEN MUST, and IF they don't, THEY, and THEY ALONE (NOT FEMALES) face GRAVE losses of their personal freedom and a multitude of other rights. Why are ONLY MALES, in the year 2013, FORCED to SIGN UP for the SELECTIVE SERVICE?
