We the People vs. Facebook
We the people of the United States of America, insist that as an adjudicated, real, legally living entity, of sound mind and body, Facebook.com is to be held jointly and severaly liable and responsible for any possible infringement of the political free speach rights of almost ONE_BILLION people on a daily basis, and counting. As such, it qualifies as a Necessary Utility Status concern.
As such, it should be regulated, controlled and accounted for in open, thoughtful, and transparent manner for the purposes of securing those said rights and liberties. The need for available human beings in the course of interaction with the General Public is an absolute imperative, should we guarantee those same Rights and Liberttys inperpetuity.
