Revoke Statehood from the State of Texas. Return all land back to Mexico in exchange for Mexico giving all residents of Texas, citizenship into Mexico. American citizenship will be cancelled to all formal Texas residents. No residents currently living in Texas will be allowed into the United States of America without a proper visa approved by both governments.
