Governor Cuomo's recent behavior in writing "odd" and "illogical" legislation; Holding senators indefinitely to force votes on bills when the state law clearly describes recommended review periods of 3 days. This behavior may be attributed to "Delusions of grandeur", "stress disorder" or a number of different types of mental breakdown that would make him a danger to his community with respect to his possessing a long gun.
