Like burning overgrown underbrush or shooting feral cats, sometimes drastic action needs to be taken to preserve stability in an ecosystem. We need to do all that we can to circumvent the possibility of Brent Carter reproducing. Brent is already a burden to Chicago area taxpayers, and a black mark on the soul of society as a whole.
