amend the pay and benefits of all members of congress and senate more in line with that of federal employees and not be greater in any way .this is to include pay raises and health and retirement benefits .neither the senate or congress should vote directly on benefit packages relating to they, themselves and must attend a minimum of 75% of the vote they were elected to attend anything less constitutes relinquishing pay and benefits
