To amend Article 1, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution, creating a constitutional law that forces every speaker of the house, from now on when selected, to be of the independent political party and to have NO history of being otherwise in order to prevent any party advantages between democrats and republicans. Also, to force the seats to be of an equal amount between democrats and republicans. I request the adding or removing of any seats to create such equality. This, however, will not remove the job of the majority and minority leaders, but will change their titles, simply, to 'Democratic leader and Republican leader'. This doesn't necessarily include the impeachment of speaker John Boehner but after his term, it is requested that NO speaker is anything other than Independent.
