This petition expresses my DISGUST and OUTRAGE for ALL the thousands of dogs and cats that needlessly lose their lives each years in China. It is reported that 20% of the Chinese population consume dog/cat meat on a daily basis. The Yulin festival is to nobody’s benefit except the dog/cat meat traders, whom are greatly despised by millions of animal lovers.
The Yulin Dog Meat Festival, which begins the first day of summer, kills thousands of dogs (and cats) every year. They are tortured and slaughtered and experience a very brutal death.
