The Foreign Aide Reduction Act shall reduce funds given to any and all entities outside of the United States by 15% based on the annual average of funds distributed from 2010-2015. This act intends to reduce foreign countries dependence on the United States, reduce overall expenditures by Congress and provide transparency and accountability.
Furthermore, any and all expenditures for foreign aide shall be publicly posted, prior to release of funds and with detail, as to the justification of need and use of such funds to include amount, entity name, relationship to United States entities, purpose of funds and the requesting entity. If a foreign country or entity redistributes such funds, such distributions shall be disclosed publicly to include same detail.
