Amazon.com allows Foreign County Sellers (FCS), without permits or licenses, to operate business when U.S. citizens are required permits for even garage sales. Permits & licenses denote payment of taxes. FCS use loopholes to avoid paying millions of dollars in taxes, taking money from USA. FCS are exempt from any/all taxes.
Amazon operates many fulfillment centers. FCS ship products in bulk directly to Fulfillment by Amazon centers in the U.S. By doing so, FCS EVADE all taxes and import laws as well as sell products that have NOT been tested/passed by health or safety codes.
FCS must be banned from conducting business on Amazon.com or be required to the same standards as that of the U.S. business. FCS are increasing exponentially while U.S. small businesses are dying a slow death!
