foreign individuals, who have children in the united states to get housing and other benefits.

The reason I inquire this petition is due to the fact that when i needed housing ,due to financial issues i couldn't
qualify as an American citizen , but i see individuals who aren't from this country and live off, this benefits such as E.B.T and housing for example just by having children in the united states and as soon as their children grow older they have more and more children in order to keep these benefits . most of these people live in Mexico and use the E.B.T and take groceries to Mexico which is not right .and us citizens get questioned too much because of how much we make and that disqualifies us from these benefits
