A foreign language should be mandatorily taught in school just like we teach English, as early as kindergarten.

There are many countries that teach our language just as much as they teach their own language. We are crippling our students by not mandatorily teaching them a foreign language. I took 3 classes of french in high school and i got barely anything from those classes. As children we soak up a lot of information and learn easily. Providing our children with mandatory foreign language classes of choice will strengthen our people in the future.We are teaching our children that English is the main language. We as a country will be far behind other countries if we restrict the best communication we can have with the rest of the world. We shall not make our children ignorant to other languages in this world. We can open doors to communication and new ideas for our students. Lets start now.
