this is about a best foreign policies, we must seriously consider how we should help africans leaders what's a good governance, because the dictatorship, only lead to violence and uprising of the people. that's why, we need have a significant place about all processes of elections and open our eyes for the true and fair elections. in all countries of this continent, now we need new leadership, people able to respect human rights, the people. and work with states capable of defending the legal norms of the men to put an end to dictatorship, injustices, impunities, rapes and genocides.
