In light of the recent attacks in Paris, 9/11, the Mumbai Bombings, the London Subway Bombings, and the Boko Haram attacks in Nigeria, international terrorism and specifically radical Islam need to be combated via the formation of a world police force specifically designed to combat this growing threat.
Freedom is far too valuable of a fundamental human right for the world to be held hostage at the whims of theological extremism.
America need not do this alone, international sentiment couldn't be more aligned to American interests due to the recent attacks then it is right now.
A small legislative body comprised of countries committed in their stand against terrorism should be formed using joint military, political, and intelligence resources to combat this threat.
