Forget about firearms. "The rights of the People to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

Created by M.M. on January 28, 2013

The government does not have the power to restrict our rights to own firearms. Not until you write an amendment to alter the constitution.

Amendments may be proposed by either:
two-thirds of both houses of the United States Congress; or by a national convention assembled at the request of the legislatures of at least two-thirds of the states.

To become part of the Constitution, amendments must then be ratified either by approval of:
the legislatures of three-fourths of the states; or state ratifying conventions held in three-fourths of the states.

Until you have met these requirements you can not amend or infringe on our rights legally.

Therefore we the people of the United States of America, petition you to drop all attempts at restricting firearms.
