Forgive all debt, loan and mortgage payments of people who's debt is to a company which breaks a law.

I propose the white house lobby for, or enact unilaterally where possible, legislation or executive orders that would forgive all outstanding debt, loans, mortgages or any other type of owed balances that a person may owe to any company, corporation or business when that company, corporation or business is convicted, or admits to, any illegal action or wrongdoing. For example, when HSBC was found to have funneled money for terrorist organization and international drug cartels, they in effect made everyone who had business with that organization a supporter of illegal activity. In a less extreme scenario, a small company which buys student loan debt and is not in complete compliance with the laws of the land, should forgo any right to reclaim the debt that is owed by the consumer party.
