Forgive all Student Loan Debt after 5 years of payments

This will allow all Students to attend college without the worry of paying $75-$100K back over the 15-20 years. It is more than understood that Student Debt is a major problem in the country. Even when students get jobs after graduation, sometimes as much as 75% of their pay goes to repaying their education expenses. After a 5 year period of making payments, their debt will be forgiven, now this will only happen when NO payments are missed over this 5 year period, and they graduate with at least at 2.75 GPA. This will not only help students in the long run but teach them how to budget and be responsible enough to not miss payments over the 5 year period. With the rising costs of tuition at colleges throughout the country this will encourage students to attend and do well in school.
