Please forgive the debt and penalties for soldiers who received bonuses for reenlisting and going to war. These soldiers did Nothing wrong. It was Lack of oversight by our government that led to the over payment of bonuses. To demand repayment with penalties and interest from soldiers who did nothing wrong is disrespectful to every man and woman that has served this country and is destroying lives.
