Forgive None violent offenders after 15 years of being a good citizen. Allow them a fresh start.

In this economy, many struggle to find work. People that have a NON violent and NON drug related felony record have it even harder.
If someone has shown to be a productive and law abiding citizen for more than say 12- 15 years, allow them to to have a fresh start. Past record ONLY to be viewable by law enforcement and court officials.
This will allow someone that has truly learned thier lesson to get a good paying job and provide for thier families. Setting a good example to thier children.
Don't cripple NON violent and NON drug offenders. Its just making them stay poor by minimizing thier employment options/ occupational licening.
Some people DO learn thier lessons and were merely children at the time of the offense. Now in thier 50's, some are still paying the price.
