Forgive Signing Bonuses provided to U.S. soldiers by the California National Guard

Created by J.C. on October 23, 2016

We the undersigned deplore the action to reclaim Signing Bonuses given to U.S. Soldiers by the California National Guard. Approximately ten thousand soldiers are being forced to repay money given to them by the Guard to re-sign their enlistment, some having to repay over $19,000 after having served our country in war zones around the world, and sustaining life-threatening injuries. These men and women should not be penalized for illegal actions taken by the California National Guard to meet their enlistment quotas.
