For-profit college debt forgiveness
For-profit colleges and Sallie Mae have made huge profits on false promises to students and their parents across America. Many families are saddled with huge debts that they cannot pay or discharge through bankruptcy. The college recruiters promised inflated salaries, said employers would usually pay the debt off for the student, and charged much more than a comparable university or community college or trade school. They knowingly preyed on people's ignorance. Please forgive these Sallie Mae debts now and allow them to be dischargeable through bankruptcy.
