Forgive student loans given to American Indian college students--due to violation of their education Treaty rights.

Forgive American Indian students-student loans with aspect to their education treaty rights being in violation. The American Indian has the lowest rate of all the races of ever graduating from any college. They already live in 3rd World poverty on their reservations. There are no jobs or prospects for them to repay the government for education. Many of the Treaties specifically state that the Federal Government will take their land into exchange for medical, hunting/fishing rights, and education. Too many Treaties have been broken and the Federal Government should honor their Treaties for higher education for the Native American. Forgive their student loan debt!
