Forgive ALL student loans after 20 years for borrowers who have been unable to repay their loans. Don't limit it to those who borrow after a certain year, or fall into very narrow categories. All student loan borrowers deserve to have their loans forgiven or canceled regardless of what year they began college and took out their student loans.
