This program would let hospitals and other clinics be able right off debt from a person that is low income, or is filing for bankruptcy to right off owed money for doctor and Dental bills. This would help many americans back on their feet and reduce many stresses caused by medical bills. We the People need to feel safe that if we can not afford medical bills or dental bills that if we have to go into bankruptcy that they will be forgiven and that you can truly go back to ground zero.
