YOUTH EXCELLENCE CORE FORMATION: Require boys/girls 14 to 18 yrs who are school drop-outs or failing to attend. Allow other students to move from current school upon review. Separate, m/f boarding schools teaching lifeskills for maintaining a clean and orderly living environment: the proper way to clean a toilet, a room, wash clothes, change/make a bed, grow food, hands-on prep of nutritional meals. S/S/Fall,lodge in a Fed or State Park area. M/F students taught to sew, to maintain a bike, re-wire a lamp, change a tire, change oil. Swim, row a boat. Personal budgeting, investment classes. English, reading, writing, math basics. History and Govt. Test for apptitude - skill training after basics mastered.Go out on planned physical work projects to better communities. Winter-campus housing.
