Form Accountability Laws for accidents resulting in great bodily harm or death where alcohol at any level is involved.

Created by N.L. on November 15, 2012

Everyday, someone's life is affected by DUI. Often though, the responsible party isn't held accountable because he/she was not over the "legal limit". Since substances affect each person differently, and in cases where great bodily harm or death occurs, legal limits should be nonexistent.
We petition our government to pass laws that will hold accountable anyone causing an accident resulting in great bodily harm or death, who is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs in ANY amount.
Great Bodily Harm to include, but not be limited to: loss of/use of limb or other body part; paralysis; brain damage; coma; injuries resulting in extended hospitalization/care and/or loss of work.
Stop ALL DUI- get serious about the consequences.
