To form an alliance with Africa, and help the families dying out there.

There is so many people dying out there, getting abused out in Africa. So many people out there die over there, and we seem to let it go on. We could do so much as a nation, and that's why Mr.Obama I believe they could become an ally considering they are so close to the middle east and the fact that they would do anything to help us as long as we helped them. So please send as much as we can. I want you guys to spend 100 Million Dollars the least supporting the needs of people we seem to not care about. Non-Profit Organizations just don't do enough. This government needs to do something.
