Form and officiate a Youth Affairs Department placing a Secretary of Youth Affairs Office in the Federal Cabinet

Created by J.B. on January 23, 2015

We the People of the United States believe that as members of this nation, the youth deserve a voice in the executive branch.

In a modern society, youth influence on issues, both political and non-political, is growing constantly. Yet the youth of the United States receives no representation in any area of the government. Legislation is proposed and passed daily regarding the ultimate well-being of this group of people. But there is still no voice from those affected to be heard by those in power.

Therefore, in Order to form a more perfect Union, we do propose that the President of the United States form and officiate a Department of Youth Affairs, to be headed by the Secretary of Youth Affairs, and to be represented in the Cabinet of the United States, with equal and fair weight.
