Form a coalition of governments for emergency air and naval intervention in Syria, and an Indictment of President Assad.

Due to the continued onslaught of Syrian civilians through systematic shelling, sniper fire and rocket attacks, and the request by MANY civilians in the cities of Hom's and Darah for some form of intervention. We call on the US to push for a criminal idictment of President Assad and use limited Air and Sea power to disarm the military. Conditions on the ground have rapidly deteriorated, and the Syrian people are now unable to protest their government. Civilians are being deliberately targeted in acts of politicide (the biological destruction of people based on political affiliation). The civilian population based on numerous reports are requesting help, before Assad uses potentially more brutal tactics.This request is for LIMITED military intervention using air and sea power and Indictment
