The petition requests that the current Administration, either under its own authority and initiative or in cooperation with the US Congress, form a non-partisan commission to examine the current retirement program and benefits to Congressional Representatives, US President, members of the Senate and their various staff elements. A similar to commission, with similar objectives, as the one outlined in the FY13 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). This NDAA established a 9 member independent commission to review all military compensation, benefits and retirement.
