Form a committee to look into the wrongful convictions that have been done.

Empower a group of citizens( just like we do to indict) to review evidence and reverse decision by unanimous vote. This is intended to be for the wrongfully accused and convicted. This also serves to lessen the courts load and not allow for political interference by judges, politicians, governors or any other party that may have tried and suceeded in securing a verdict or force a plea with threats to the innocent. This is not intended for those that have been convicted by a group of citizens (peers). This is intended for those convicted by a judge or forced into a plea by the prosecutor by threats or last minute plea offers.
