Form a congressional committee to investigate and force Napolitano to answer why DHS is buying ammunition at such a rate. So much has been purchased just in the past year it has left the military scrambling for ammo and shortages have been seen. The makers of ammo can't make it fast enough DHS is buying most of it. Why??? What are DHS intentions and their explanation that the ammo is for training purposes is not acceptable. This is very alarming to those of us informed citizens who believe there are insidious reasons for such a mass amount of ammo allowed the DHS to purchase.
