11 days after 9/11 Homeland Security was formed. Either Homeland Security needs to start taking action for Smart Gun laws, or we need another department or committee. It shouldn't matter how much money goes into this. How many more people have to die? We need to have a compromise between Pro-Gun people and Anti-Gun people. Why are we not doing anything to prevent people dying in Gun Violence?
