An effective Immigration Reform would not only help the 11.7 millions of illegal immigrants in the United States but it would also stimuli and improve the economy by allowing the new driven group of immigrants to create new jobs and work in those jobs. The last legalization program was passed in 1986; that was 28 years ago. The 11.7 million of immigrants are no longer waiting for an immigration reform, we want it and we the people have the right to choose in becoming a citizen of this country that was built by opportunity. In the eyes of the 11.7 million of immigrants, they see this as a violation of their innate right of economic opportunity and the privilege of being a citizen.
