Form an independent investigations unit in every state to monitor and investigate police incidents to public

In light of events nationwide, The U.S government needs to form a unit focused on investigating incidents between police and the public that result in injury or death of either member of the public or of the public. This unit must be completely independent of the all law enforcement influences and should only report directly to the department of justice either at the federal level or their state level equivalent . If this unit is formed, it would decrease the tension between police and the public and help stabilize and ensure co-operation between police and public.
