Firearms have been under a lot of heat due to the amount of mass murders in recently. Instead of eliminating all firearms and still respect the second amendment for those wanting to carry firearms, here is a possible solution:
1. Apply an annual fee to every registered firearm
2. Fees are used to educate the public on proper firearm ownership and is used to help people with mental disorders.
3. This will keep those who shouldn't own guns from purchasing them and it helps those with mental disorders.
