(I Report Police Department Abuses)
In cities across America we continue to see the escalation of abusive policing particular in black and brown communities.
We the PEOPLE want OUR voices heard. I am proposing that the Federal Government establish National Phone Banks in every city across our nation so that everyday people can call to report such abuses. The calls shall be recorded, breaches logged into a Federal data base. Reports sent to Police Chiefs of the perspective city, Mayors and Governor's offices in addition to heads of Civil Rights Activists for immediate investigation and community calming where applicable.
Job creation: There are 20,000 cities across the US. Hire 2-4 people per city, creating over 40-60,000 immediate jobs.
