Form a Policy Accountability Commission which creates oversight and transparency in all branches of law enforcement.

There is no agency or commission established that oversees law enforcement. As federal and state employees, it is necessary to create transparency and integrity within their ranks. The American people need an outside agency that they can contact with concerns regarding the procedures, techniques and methods of policy officers. The agency could investigate and maintain accountability for the American people and the constitution of the United States of America.
